Over the past twenty eight years Tony Speirs has held senior positions in a number of businesses, including fifteen years operating his own retail business. Tony holds Masters degrees in both Business Administration and Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.Tony is an associate CPA member and an alumni of Deakin University and the University of Sydney. Tony's experience includes: Agriculture - management of a pastoral wool growing property in the Western Division of NSW, Construction - management of a business unit for a multinational construction services company - GKN Kwikform, Franchised Retail - ownership of a franchised retail business, Retail - initiation and ownership of a mixed goods retail business, Mining - financial control of a significant private multi faceted business in the mining services industry. After 28 years working in senior roles within various businesses, including 15 years in my own business, I want to share my knowledge and experience to help other business owners avoid common traps, gain control of their business and drive their business to reach its full potential. My goal is to help and mentor business owners to put some deep thought into their businesses making the strategy development and business planning processes circular and ongoing.
